The Love, Summer of Tote Bags were created to celebrate the magic in the air that happens during the summer, especially right now. They were made by Guzman-Cronin, a collaboration between artists Meg Shoemaker & Phil Pinto, as a fundraising effort for the production of their short film, scheduled to begin shooting in Fall 2009.
Love, Summer of Totes are hand silkscreened in the US using environmentally-friendly water based ink on Eco-Bag brand 100% recycled cotton canvas bags.
The bags are a bit larger than your average tote bag, measuring: 19" wide x 15.5" tall x 7.5" bottom gusset and 22" handles.
What's it for?
To put things in. Great for Beach Trips, Picnics, Commuting, Hitchhiking, etc.
Also, this way of fundraising is more fun than a bake sale – or at least lasts longer.
